Dudley Wininger was an old-time barber. He came to New Plymouth Idaho to cut hair in 1956 and for years was the only barber in town.
Over the years Dudley met just about everyone, and has listened to innumerable stories. This writer enjoys listening to them all, especially the ones about practical jokes.
